About the website
Webara Digital provides information about website, web application, online-presence and related digital services. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer or a completed project agreement.
Enquiries and proposals
Messages sent through the enquiry form or WhatsApp are preliminary enquiries. A project begins only after the scope, price, timetable, payment terms and responsibilities have been agreed in writing.
The advertised starting price of GHS 5,000 is indicative. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, features, content, integrations, languages, maintenance and third-party costs.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, suitable content and any permissions or licences required for materials they supply. Delays in supplying information, approvals or access may affect delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, each party retains ownership of materials it supplied. Ownership and licensing of designs, code, copy, photographs and other project deliverables will be set out in the relevant project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, hosting and other services remain subject to their own licence terms.
Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or remove content without notice.
Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp, GitHub Pages and other providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or terms of external websites and services.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Webara Digital is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, interrupted access, third-party services or communications sent in error. Any project-specific liability and remedies will be governed by the signed project agreement.
